Description:
Corporate culture comprises the attitudes, experiences, beliefs and values of an organization. Effective corporate cultures are marked by high levels of employee productivity, creativity and commitment. The HR professional is in a unique position to shape corporate culture by implementing policies and practices that reinforce and reward the behaviors required for the desired culture. Participants will learn several methods that have been used to classify organizational culture to identify their own corporate culture. Strategies will be discussed on how to be an effective steward of the corporate culture.
