Then, participants complete activities and learn to adapt their coaching approaches based on the willingness and ability of employees. Company specific coaching situations are practiced in the workshop.
Positive Disciplinary Practices
Are your employees self-disciplined or do you periodically have to administer your company's discipline process? Managers learn that their role in the discipline process is to identify where behavior or performance is below standard and then to conduct a problem-solving session allowing the employee to participate in self-discipline.
