The Leadership Edge
|
The job of a leader is to get things done through influencing others. Leaders are individuals who: 1) lead by example, 2) build trust by acting with integrity, 3) recognize the talents of each team member, and 4) establish a culture that motivates others to achieve and 5) create a compelling vision that others will follow. This workshop begins with a definition of leadership and then provides interactive experiences to build the confidence, competence and courage to lead.
